Careers at FX SERM
FX SERM is a boutique ORM and SERM agency working with Forex brokers, FinTech companies, Crypto exchanges, and high-risk digital brands across MENA, Asia, LATAM, and Europe. We operate across live projects — real clients, real markets, real reputation challenges. Our team members work on problems that do not have template solutions.
We hire people who want to develop deep expertise in digital reputation management — one of the most technically demanding and strategically complex disciplines in digital marketing. ORM and SERM for high-risk financial brands requires understanding of search engine mechanics, review platform dynamics, Reddit and community behavior, AI systems, regulatory environments, and financial services business models simultaneously.
If that sounds like the environment where you want to build your skills, read the roles below.
What you will work on:
Branded SERP analysis and content moat construction for Forex and FinTech clients. Creating and optimizing content assets (articles, press releases, LinkedIn content, YouTube descriptions) designed to rank for specific branded and category queries. Monitoring page-one position changes and identifying emerging SERP threats. Supporting GEO-specific content strategies for MENA, Asian, and LATAM markets. Technical SEO audits and implementation. SERM performance tracking and reporting.
What we are looking for:
Understanding of how search engines rank content and what signals they use to evaluate authority and relevance. Experience with keyword research tools and SERP analysis. Ability to write clear, factual, well-structured content — you do not need to be a native English speaker, but you need to write accurate, professional English. Interest in financial services, Forex, or FinTech as subject areas. Analytical approach to performance measurement.
What you will gain:
Hands-on SERM execution experience across live client projects in competitive niches. Understanding of how reputation management integrates with SEO, review platforms, and AI systems. Exposure to the Forex and FinTech industry — one of the highest-demand verticals in digital marketing. Direct mentorship from a team that has executed reputation programs across Asia, MENA, and LATAM markets.
What you will work on:
Review platform management across Trustpilot, Forex Peace Army, WikiFX, and Google Reviews. Designing and managing review invitation flows integrated into client customer journeys. Monitoring review sentiment, volume, and rating trends. Responding to negative reviews in a compliant, professional manner. Reddit and forum monitoring for brand mentions, sentiment shifts, and emerging threats. Supporting community presence building in relevant financial subreddits.
What we are looking for:
Understanding of how review platforms work — rating algorithms, review flagging mechanics, platform policies. Comfort with structured, process-oriented work — review management is part creative, part operational. Good written communication in English. Attention to detail in monitoring tasks. Interest in understanding what drives customer sentiment in financial services.
What you will gain:
Deep operational knowledge of Trustpilot, Forex Peace Army, and WikiFX — platforms that most digital marketers have never worked with professionally. Understanding of how review ecosystems interact with Google Search and AI systems. Practical experience with compliance-aligned review management — a skill set in high demand as FTC enforcement increases. Exposure to the full ORM workflow from audit through ongoing management.
What you will work on:
Systematic monitoring of brand mentions, SERP position changes, review platform activity, and Reddit threads for multiple client brands. Research and analysis of competitor reputation positioning. OSINT research for reputation risk identification. AI signal monitoring — tracking what Google AI Overview, ChatGPT, and Perplexity say about client brands and how those responses change. Structuring findings into clear, actionable reports.
What we are looking for:
Strong analytical and research skills. Comfort with structured, systematic monitoring tasks. Ability to write clear, concise reports that surface what matters without noise. Interest in OSINT and open-source research methodologies. Attention to signal patterns — identifying when something is changing before it becomes a problem.
What you will gain:
Research and monitoring skill sets that are directly transferable across digital marketing, intelligence, and compliance roles. Understanding of how reputation threats develop and propagate across digital channels. Exposure to the full reputation monitoring stack — search, Reddit, review platforms, media, AI systems. Practical OSINT skills applied to brand risk management.
